LÚA, meaning “rice plant” in Vietnamese, pays homage to the core ingredient of Vietnamese cuisine – rice. This ubiquitous grain forms the foundation of countless dishes, from the iconic noodle soup Pho to savory rice platters and even sweet desserts like “chè.” The restaurant’s name celebrates this fundamental element and embodies the Vietnamese culinary heritage.
 
Chef Khang Nguyen is an accomplished chef with a deep-rooted passion for Asian cuisine. He brings over 10 years of experience in creating authentic and innovative dishes that showcase the rich diversity of Asian flavors. He uses only the freshest, select ingredients to ensure that each dish is an ode to the natural flavors and textures that define Asian cuisine.
 
Drawing inspiration from the bold spices of Thai cuisine, the delicate balance of flavors in Vietnamese dishes, the artful presentation of Japanese cuisine, the comforting simplicity of Italian classics, and the robust flavors of American fare, LÚA Asian Fusion Eatery was born – offering artfully crafted dishes that surprise and delight the palate.
