The Studio offers Yoga and Mat Pilates, as well as its signature class, The Blend, a critically acclaimed and internationally renowned combination of Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is sure to enrapture guests of all fitness levels. The Blend was developed by our Studio's Founder, Jennifer Zee, where she now teaches exclusively. Nestled in an idyllic coastal setting with a view of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, the Studio, designed by the award winning team at Grace Blu Interior Design, is an aspirational space where every detail has been considered to create a tranquil yet motivational environment for students to challenge themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In addition, The Blend Boutique carries a unique collection of yoga, athleisure, and other lifestyle products to help guests take The Blend Experience out of the Studio.
