"2024 Monarch Bay Plaza Summer Electric Bike Giveaway
 
How to Enter for the Electric Bike Giveaway: Between June 15, 2024 and July 15, 2024, submit your completed Monarch Bay Plaza Summer Giveaway entry card with any participating Monarch Bay Plaza retailer. Entry cards are available inside participating retail stores at Monarch Bay Plaza. No purchase necessary. Individuals may deposit one entry form into each participating retailer’s summer giveaway entry collection box for a chance to win two electric bikes. A limit of only one entry per person is allowed at each participating retailer at Monarch Bay Plaza shopping center. More than one entry submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible and any and all such entries deposited within any participating retailer’s stores will be disqualified.  Qualified entries must be legible, and an email address must be given for prize notification.  
 
Eligibility: Drawing is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. The drawing is not open to employees or to family members of employees (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) of Sponsor (as “Sponsor” is defined below), its affiliates, advisors or advertising agencies, any store owner or employee of any store at Monarch Bay Plaza. All entries must be deposited within a participating merchant’s store prior to its close of business July 15, 2024, to be eligible to win a Monarch Bay Plaza Giveaway prize.
 
Prizes: Monarch Bay Plaza 2024 Summer Giveaway prize is stated herein: One (1) winner will receive two (2) Electric Bikes. The winner will be drawn randomly from participating retailer collection boxes on or about July 20, 2024.  Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner.  The winner does not need to be present for the drawing. The prize recipient will be notified by e-mail ([email protected]) within two (2) business days following the drawing. If the winner does not claim the prize by responding to the notification email within 72 hours of said notification, said winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. Winner must collect prize from Sponsor in Dana Point within one month of winning notification. If prizes have not been collected within this time, the winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be randomly chosen.
 
Privacy Statement: Information submitted will be used for the purposes of this drawing and email promotion and will not be shared with any other entity. Email entry addresses will be added to the Monarch Bay Plaza Constant Contact distribution list and will receive email promotions from Monarch Bay Plaza. Individuals may cancel their email subscription at any time through Constant Contact.
 
Additional Terms: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to human error.
 
Entry data that has been tampered with or altered will be voided. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, to be acting in violation of these rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
 
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' first name, hometown, photographic likeness and statements made by winners about the promotion and/or Monarch Bay Plaza for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is defined as Monarch Bay Plaza, its owner, its property management company, all partners, agents, affiliates and tenants.
 
Covid 19:  Given the current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, the 2024 Summer Giveaway is subject to subsequent applicable orders or other governmental requirements that would impact the holding of this event.  Additionally, given these conditions, the Sponsor expressly reserves the right to modify or cancel the event, in its sole discretion, should circumstances dictate the same.  The Sponsor shall be at no loss or liability in said event.  It shall further be at no loss or liability in the event a particular merchant closes or otherwise does not participate in the program.
