OFFICIAL RULES – Monarch Bay Plaza 2023 Valentine’s Day Giveaway
 
How to Enter: On Tuesday, February 14, 2023 only, during normal business hours (store hours may vary with each participating retailer), Monarch Bay Plaza’s participating retailers will be giving away a See’s Candy 2-pack to the first ten (10) customers who enter their place of business to patronize and mention the Valentine’s Giveaway See’s Candy Promotion. A limit of only one entry per person is allowed per participating retailer.
 
Eligibility: No purchase is necessary. Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older. The giveaway is not open to Tenant or its employees, including their family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or Sponsor (defined as the owner of Monarch Bay Plaza, together with its employees, agents, affiliates, advisors or advertising agencies).
 
Limitation of Liability: Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Monarch Bay Plaza and Cagney Enterprises, their agents, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in this Giveaway and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes.
