OFFICIAL RULES – Monarch Bay Plaza 2024 Holiday Giveaway
 
How to Enter: Beginning November 29, 2024 and not later than December 24, 2024, deliver your completed Monarch Bay Plaza Holiday Giveaway entry card with any participating Monarch Bay Plaza retailer. Entry cards are available inside participating retail stores at Monarch Bay Plaza.  No purchase necessary.  Individuals may deposit one entry form into any participating retailer’s holiday giveaway entry collection box for a chance to win a certificate redeemable within that retailer’s store. Participants may enter to win any participating retailer’s prize by placing one entry card into the collection box located inside that store.  Certificates are redeemable only at the store in which the entry card was deposited.  A limit of only one entry per person is allowed per participating retailer. Multiple entries within the same store determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible and any and all such entries deposited within any participating retailer’s stores will be disqualified.  Qualified entries must be legible, and an email address and phone number must be given for prize notification.  Participants may place an entry card in each participating retailer’s holiday giveaway collection box.
 
Eligibility: Drawing is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. The drawing is not open to employees or to family members of employees (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) of Sponsor (as “Sponsor” is defined below), its affiliates, advisors or advertising agencies, store owner or employee at Monarch Bay Plaza. All correct entries received by 5:00 P.M., PST, 12/24/2024 will be eligible to win Monarch Bay Plaza Giveaway prizes.
 
Prizes: Monarch Bay Plaza Holiday Giveaway prizes will be paid in Monarch Bay Plaza Certificates as stated herein: Each winner will receive five (5) Monarch Bay Plaza Certificates worth $100 each redeemable only at the store from which the winning entry was drawn*.  A total value of more than $10,000 in gift certificates will be given away.  The final value of prizes will depend on the number of participating merchants. Winners will be drawn randomly from participating retailer collection boxes on or about 1/2/25.  In the event a second drawing is necessary it will take place promptly at the discretion of Sponsor.  Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Winner does not need to be present.  Each prize recipient will be notified by e-mail within two (2) business days following the drawing.  If any winner does not claim the prize by responding to the notification email within 72 hours of said notification, said winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be drawn. Monarch Bay Plaza Certificates are redeemable only at the participating Monarch Bay Plaza retailer from which the winning entry was drawn.  Monarch Bay Plaza Certificates may not be redeemed at any store other than the named retailer shown on the Certificates.  All Certificates must be redeemed prior to March 15, 2025.  If not redeemed by March 15, 2025, winner’s said Certificates will be void and of no further value. Certificates have no cash value, and no cash will be returned in exchange.  
 
Privacy Statement: Information submitted will be used solely for the purposes of this drawing and email promotion and will not be shared with any other entity.
 
Additional Terms: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to human error.
- Entry data that has been tampered with or altered will be voided. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, to be acting in violation of these rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' first names, hometowns, photographic likeness and statements made by winners about the promotion and/or Monarch Bay Plaza for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is defined as Monarch Bay Plaza, its owner, its property management company, all partners, agents, affiliates, and tenants.
- In the event a winner is for a participating merchant who has closed its business, the winner shall contact Sponsor who will arrange for the prize to be honored by another participating merchant.  Nothing herein shall change the expiration date of the prize so the winner must promptly bring this to the attention of Sponsor.
 
*Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty will exchange their $500 Monarch Bay Plaza Certificates for $100 Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty Swag; and four (4) $100 Gift Cards to spend at various retailers at Monarch Bay Plaza. Winner can redeem their certificates at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty.
